Default Seat memory issues

I did a search in the GS 4th Gen forum for seat memory issues and found a few older posts. I have a 2016 GS 350 with the Luxury package so there are quite a few adjustments for the seats which is nice. However, every now and then, the memory positions I have programmed go away and I have to be in Park and select the memory positions again. I turned off the easy exit option because every now and then the seat would just go down to the floor on its own. No one else has been driving the car.

I go into the dealer for the 5,000 mile check up in a couple of months and will have them look at it but thought I would check with this group as well.

We have an Acura MDS as well and on that forum, there was a technician that would post service bulletins which was very handy when taking the car in while under warranty. Did a quick search for service bulletins but did not see anything. Is there a thread for the service bulletin list?

Sounds like your 2 fobs are programed for different seat memory positions. Start your car with one fob shut it off lock the car then take that fob away and come back with the other fob. see if seat steering wheel stereo climate are changed.

I have had several firmware settings change all by themselves, and the seat often does not return quite to the end of the rail as it is supposed to. One driver, one key. Same year, model & trim.

Thanks. I will play with the fobs. Only one fob in the car and the other is in the kitchen maybe 50 feet away from the garage. I remember reading somewhere that having the fobs too close can confuse the settings but I have not even programmed the one in the kitchen to a settings position. I usually keep the 2nd key in the other car just in case we lock ourselves out but with the app, I can unlock the car from my phone now.
