Default 4GS w/ 18in wheels

What's up CL,

My GF surprised me by getting me WEDS LXZs for my birthday. The wheels she got were 18x9.5 & 18x11. At first I didn't think anything of it, then when I told my buddy, he said it's gonna look tiny on my car. So now I'm in a predicament.

If anybody is running 18" wheels on their car, could you please post a pic? I wanna see how it looks and I don't want to go through the hassle of having to sell these wheels then find 19".

Thanks!

it was a private seller so I can't exactly return it. she's ok with the idea of me selling it and getting 19s.

Tiny or not really depends on the design imo. Premium comes with 17 and optional 18. Old luxury came with 18. New luxury and f sports come with 19. Here are a shot of the luxury with stock 18 and f sport with 19. From a distance they don't look that much different imo.

Stay with your 18" - it has a lovely ride.
The 19"'s have a very busy and terse ride; fine if you like it.

Aftermarket Enkei 18"

OEM 19"

Well my plan is to lower the front probably 1.5in and the back 2in. I believe I will also need to get a camber kit for the back.

I think I will stick with the 18s but so indecisive lol

18" vs 19" doesn't make a huge impact visually:

This is incorrect. Standard wheels are 17s, but these cars are pretty rare. Premium and 13-14 Luxury 4GS models have 18s

You're absolutely right. I was talking about the base. The whole time I've had my car, I thought I had 17". Well guess what, they're 18"

Thanks for this! It's making my decision a little more easy to make. I think I will stick with the 18s and upgrade later if I feel like it.

Yea if u have 17s that means ur car is really basic. I've never seen a base GS with 17s in person, most are 18s and 19s for FSports.
