Both 30060 and 30070 will work with 4GS. I got mine 30060 program as 2nd set.

What do you mean you programmed a 2nd set? Does that mean you can swap between 2 sets of wheels/tires at any time and the car reads both correctly without the need to reprogram each time you swap?
If you get the correct OEM TPMS part number are they plug and play or do you still need to get the dealer to program them? On my Honda Pilot, I just purchased some OEM Pilot TPMS sensors and once I put them on the aftermarket wheels the car recognized them. Then I could just switch from the OEM setup to the aftermarkets with no issues!

Normally, Lexus pumps tires to 30 PSI [roughly 10% below the recommended pressure], then they press the TPMS button under the steering wheel to program/set/memorize the warning PSI pressure level.
After programming, Lexus will then pump the tires to the final pressure level of 33 PSI etc.
If the programmed warning tire pressure level is too close to the actual tire pressure itself, then the orange warning light will annoyingly go off all the time.
If the programmed warning tire pressure level is at, or higher than the actual tire pressure level, then the orange warning light will also go off all the time.
The programmed pressure level must be about 10% below the actual pressure level.
Thus the low warning pressure level is programmed first.
You can have a second set of tires, and you only have to reprogram the warning tire pressure level, if the warning tire pressure level will be dramatically different from the two sets of tires.
Just be aware that if you program the TPMS warning for 30 PSI, then the warning light won't come on till pressures drop to 30 PSI, regardless of how many different sets of wheels you use.

You still need to program them. GS will only take 1 set of sensors. If you buy a 2nd set for your aftermarket wheels, then dealer will have to delete your original set and register a new one. So, to make the story short, every time you switch your wheels, you need to reprogram TPMS.
Well, there is a solution for that. Buy the ATEQ tool and program them yourself. Yes, the tool is a bit expensive, but think how much money you will save down the road.
