I would recommend not getting it for all 4 doors due to the placement of the light on the rear doors. They are at an angle that would distort the image projected too much. Just stick with one pair for the front.

Yeah, the rear door's lights are angled rather sharply instead of aimed more directly at the ground, aren't they?
Cancelled my Amazon order and went with the ones you linked. I didn't even notice the GS wasn't listed on mine. Thanks!
BClexus and my link are to the same seller. The lights work great!
Excellent, professional seller, great communication and satisfaction guaranteed.
And these lights also provide light inside the car. Apparently some of them are a projector only and thus no light in the cabin.
To the op, I realize the grey box doesn't fit the new lights and is not needed to keep the lights in the door.
My only point is this leaves the electronics/wiring behind the light open and thus could short out if something fell on it from inside the door. Lexus must have considered this a possible issue if they added that grey shield.
When it warms up I plan to take mine out and modify the shield so it stays in place or put some liquid electrical tape on the exposed metal that could short out.
Heres a better photo, i got it from seller BMWLED off of eBay.. put them on in coupe minutes, highly recommended. The folks at the valet gave me props last night, looks expensive.

Ah yes, I can see the parking lot lines on the ground and another car beside of yours in that image. The projection looks good.
