Honestly about 300.00 over budget per month. But an 8000.00 transmission on a 7 year old car worth peanuts does not compute either.
Thank you gentleman for your input greatly appreciated.

Ziggy - if I understand these numbers, if you buy this out at the end of the lease for cash, you will have plunked out 80k for a 60k car. Are you ok with that?

Is it correct they upped your trade to 16.5k? That lessens the pain a bit.

Good luck - I hope it works out for you.

Here's a question, it looks like you're paying sales taxes and a monthly use tax? Line 20 total taxes $4237.94 and then in line 28 monthly use tax built into the payment?

Greetings all!

I'm new here also and we're actually looking to lease our first 2014 GS F Sport AWD by this month. As SW13GS mentioned there are great posts regarding this. At the search bar I typed in "2014 gs f sport lease" and this is what came up:

"2014 GS350 F-Sport Lease Deal - Good? (Multi-page thread 1 2 3 4 5 ... Last Page)
Dustin2011"

Go to that Thread...awesome posts and advice over there. We've tried replicating some of the numbers, but to no avail. We've visited three dealerships so far. Two in northern NJ and one in PA. One dealership actually said they cannot let it go for the numbers we were giving them as they were not willing to take that much of a hit just yet. Not for this month at least.

I gotta tell ya this site brings back the power to the consumers and keeping us informed. I've been a decade plus removed from the auto sales industry and this site helped out a lot. We are appreciative of that! I'll keep ya'll posted.

Dude, sorry to say that but you are crazy, take your car to regular shop not to dealer! And get used transmission from junkyard! And sell your car yourself save your money and time man!
And get one of those hot deals on 2014 GS350 0% out of pocket and pay $550 a month.

If it were only this simple LOL. All of this takes effort, energy and time. He's not going to make $7,000 more than what they dealer is offering him on trade. KBB private party on an 07 GS with 108k miles with navigation is only $12,450. The miles are the killer. If they're offering him $12,500 for the trade...unrepaired! Thats a great deal.

If he sells it himself he's still going to be upside down, and he's still going to have to put multiple thousands of dollars into it to sell it before he can take advantage of one of the "deals" you speak of.

It's your money but $996 a month with negative equity for a GS lease is nuts.
Better off buying something used.

Well I got my car back yesterday. Apparently, my trans was overfilled I don't know how. ATF was leaking on the exhaust and that's as far as that goes.

Anyways, I decided not too burden myself with a heavy car payment.

For everybody that took there time explaining too me opinions/suggestions thank you. Really do appreciate it. I look forward to becoming a 4gs member soon, first must dump my 3gs.
