Unhappy bad luck

I had an accident this morning, and the other driver doesn't have a license.
police came, wrote a report; and he let her go, told her have a nice day, and be safe out there. -_-

after few hours buffing the car, to my surprise, the damage doesn't look as bad as before,

i have another side shot of the car, but having difficulty uploading atm

sorry for the late reply, was trying to fix my car first

Wow that's crazy if she had no license she would not be able to drive away here. I'm sure you have coverage for that but thats gonna be a pain in the *** to deal with now.

No license and the cop let her go? That's not right at all.

If he let her go after something like that...reaffirms my lack of faith and prejudice of LEOs in CA. In addition to the ambiguities in our traffic laws and how much power they have. In my experience....but hope it all works out for you

A fiend of mine rear ended a guy with no driver's license. She got ticketed. I though tthat if one was driving illegally, they would be at fault because they should ne be driving, period. I guess times have changed

Sounds like it was the cop's wife.

Can she even get car insurance without a license? Without a license and insurance, the cop should never have let her go.

Sorry, dude. I hope you have the uninsured motorist coverage as was previously mentioned.
