I'm running a little low at 34 psi warmed up. Stupid question but should I just fill it with air or fill it with nitrogen at the dealership? (which iirc is what they're filled with)
it's cold here so i have 36F/37R. when the PSI does drop it won't drop that much and my TPMS light will not go off.
when it warms up i'll adjust it back to normal.

i got mixed reactions on the nitro, the majority says it doesn't make to much of a difference... if any.
When I drove away from the dealer, the psi of my tires were set at 30!! Two days after I went back to the dealer only because I got the warning light for one tire which was set differently-28!! So, finally they set them to 33psi. And from what I read here my tires still low.... Does the psi interfere with my gas milage -14mpg?
Its on the sticker of the cockpit side door. Recommended cold tire pressure is 35 front, 36 rear
Thanks, wife is out with car all day and I want to have her get it corrected.
Our tires register
35.35.
35.34.
when fully warmed/hot, so it appears based on the info you were kind enough to provide we are between 3-5lbs low. So that means when the tires are fiully warmed you guys are seeing 37 front and 38 rear when set to the factory cold spec of 35/36?
I'm wondering if that's been contributing to our flat spot issues, as it very well could.
Nitrogen definitely makes a difference. I have had five cars before this one that had tire pressure monitors and most of them gave me problems with warnings when using only air, especially in cold weather. Once changed to nitrogen, those problems went away. I have only had my ES 350 for a couple of weeks and was wanting to find out if it already has nitrogen in it, but judging from the previous comments, it apparently does not. That means I will get it the first time I take the car in for service.
