Hey everyone!

I'm currently waiting for the delivery of my GS450h - Luxury grade (I'm from EU). While waiting I decided to ask a specific question that my Lexus dealer couldn't address immediately. Does the MP3 player that ships with the vehicle support ReplayGain information in MP3 files? This is a somewhat advanced feature so I'm not holding my breath, but would be nice if someone more tech-savvy owner could confirm or deny this. Thanks!

I believe it does. The built in unit will adjust the volume appropriately for the Mp3 files on my Ipod Nano when connected so that everything is equilibrated. Its an excellent system. You can also active this feature through apple "sound check" on itunes which is essentially the same thing.
