Leather gloves for keys.
 

My friend has these leather key gloves laying around and gave them to me since he really never liked them or own a Lexus anymore. I think they were made for another Lexus key type since the holes for the buttons do not really line up with our keys. Anyways, I tried them out and they do fit like a glove :D I kinda like them because I think it gives the keys a little bit more protection if you accidently drop them or if you have other stuff in your pockets that could scratch up the key fob. They also have these string loops so that the valet people can hang them.

huh? 4gs key fobs don't come with leather case anymore?!

Yeah, I don't think these were made for the 4gs keys but they do fit literally like a "glove". My friend has these for is old LS and never used them so he gave them to me since he no longer has the car.

4GS won't come with key glove because Lexus change the design for the new key, make it more durable if you drop it. My guess you will find some custom aftermarket cover on ebay soon.

I like that. Don't know if I'd need it since they live in my pocket. I never take the keys out except to put them away when I get home.

Mine always sit in my pocket as well but I'm always paranoid about other stuff in my pocket like my other keys scratching the new key fob. I guess these will help out a bit with that.

not made for 4GS key fob. keep mine in my pocket with nothing else.

I purchase a set from Sewell advertized for the new 4GS and when I received them I was highly disappointed. The gloves were the for the older generation. I am still waiting for the refund.

They probably are the ones for the IS....
