Could look ok. I still prefer the chrome however. I would paint the middle reinforcement bar area gloss black though.

all chrome has been blacked out on the GS! more pictures shortly of the whole with new shoes!:p

actually i think this could look decent if you color matched that ugly predator style chrome part with the color of the body of the car

i dont mean the chrome, whole trapezoid grille is what i meant if you black out the chrome, then ends up looking like VW Polo :-)
