Default Cigarette Lighter Locations

Greetings! I'm trying to keep from driving an hour to the dealership. I was told on the phone by them, that according to my VIN, I should have three locations for the cigarette lighters. I need additional access to current. I can only find two. One is in the center console, and the other is behind on the rear of the center console to facilitate any backseat needs. The representative continues to tell me that in front of the gear shift, beneath the radio and heat controls, but just above the heated seat buttons, there is a hidden compartment that will slide out to reveal the cigarette lighter receptacle in the dash. For the life of me I can't find it. Can anyone confirm whether this is or is not true?

My ‘15 GS350 F Sport has two, none above the seat heater controls.

Naw it's just a trim piece that goes around the head unit.

Why not use a splitter for the console one? Or you need more current that that fuse would allow?

no I just need one more access to plug one more thing in. But I was hoping not to hang cables all outside the armrest, or on the floor in the backseat. I was encouraged when they said it was there, but I couldn't find it. Now I know why. Thanks guys! Much appreciated.
