Default New to Lexus. Need some help.

Hello, I’m new to Lexus coming from a Honda/Acura family. I just acquired a 2008 GS350 AWD. I’m overall very impressed with it. I unfortunately only have one key. We have another key, aftermarket, but we are hoping for some help in programming it. Could someone please point me in the right direction of someone who can program it, preferably in the northern NJ area. Thank you so much.

Welcome. Congrats on your new (to you) car.
My recommendation is to call local locksmiths and see if they can program keys to your vehicle and also call around to different dealers to get price quotes for this as well.

my search yielded this as well:

Lock smith who knows and has experience with theys key fobs, as they are a pain in the butt. My suggestion is to have the locksmith purchase and program it for you. That way if he screws up you dont get shafted. Not all key fobs are the same, so if you plan to program a used key beware of that.
