2007 GS350 code P0201

Code P0201 showing, injector circuit/open Cylinder #1. So my question is does this engine have direct injection only or both port and direct injectors? And if both how to tell which injector is 'open'?

3.5 V6s have the dual-injection D4S system. To solve the problem, however, someone else has to chime in, because I don't know much about this particular problem.
