Default 06 300 trunk won't open

This morning I opened my trunk before I left the house when I got to work the trunk wouldn't open with either the button on the trunk , The button on the remote, or the button on the left hand side of the steering wheel. The only way I could get her open is with the key. When I close it it still sucks in like normal what could this be? I heard there was some kind of switch inside the glove box but I didn't open my glove box at all today

Did you check the fuse? Also when you remove the fuse look inside the fuse box for corrosion. Certain GS has issues with the left side drivers fuse box that would sometimes give issues with the trunk.

Have not checked the fuse yet. It's too cold to check anything but I just want some ideas of what else it could be

Did anyone else open the glovebox and play with the trunk lockout switch?
