Default Suspension noise. What am i missing

Replaced all the suspension on my 2007 GS450h. New Front factory struts and Tanabe 1inch lowering springs. Also changed the top strut tower mount. While driving over bumps, i still hear a metal clank noise from what sounds like the left front. Any ideas on what i might still need to replace? Smooth as glass on the highway, its just the annoying little bumps. Possibly my mechanic installed the springs wrong too? I am also 100 percent sure i have a wheel bearing going on the same side but my Lexus dealer keeps saying it is just tire noise(with 2 different sets of tires). My Lexus dealer also thinks i put the wrong struts on the front but my research says otherwise. They are 48520-30181 KYB.

Try installing a gopro or an old camera pointed at the suspension and record a video of you driving. Maybe zip tie it or duct tape it

most likely it's a bad control arm.

It could be your brake pads slightly moving in the calipers. Mine has been doing that until I add shims to stop the metal clanking noise.
