Default Car stalls for a bit after refueling NEED HELP!

I have an 07 Gs 350 AWD and just last week while I was driving I noticed my check engine, track, and vsc, light suddenly come on. My car is still driving smooth and I feel no difference in the ride but I’m noticing I’m getting bad mpg now and every time I fill up with gas my car stalls after trying to ignite the engine and it’s only does it once and starts back up perfectly. Doesn’t even give me issues through out the week. Did my research and found out it could be the charcoal canister purge valve solenoid ,the vacuum switch valve or the charcoal canister it’s self. Can some one help me and tell me where all three are located and if so which one should I change first. I would really appreciate it.

Every time you get gas, but then not after that? As in when you get home, shut the car off and turn it back on, it starts up fine with no lights? Or it doesn't stall, but the lights are still on? Maybe your gas cap is bad. Happens on these sometimes. I hear tell of an $8 ebay cap that works perfectly, but I don't know the part number. I do remember reading about it on CL before, though.

I've never done my evap canister, but Lexus usually puts them above the differential, right by the fuel tank. I believe on the passenger side. Just follow the lines from the tank and you should see the box.

This one is from a Corolla, but they should be the same or very similar units. Good charts, too. Good luck!

Yes it only stalls every time after I fill up with gas And for the rest of the week it starts fine with out any issue at all but yes I still do have the check engine track and vsc light are still on. I’ve already changed the gas cap with one I brought from Toyota and The lights don’t seem to go away. But thanks I appreciate the advice.

Do you have the exact codes that are coming up?
When you open up your gas cap, any kind of air releasing hiss or noises?

Usually a stall after refueling usually indicates some kind of EVAP issue as you mentioned.

If it is a evap issue, the first thing you need is a buddy or mechanic who has a smoke machine and of course some kind of bidirectional scan tool or techstream.

Yes the codes I am getting is “P0441 Evaporative omissions system incorrect purge flow” and code P0455 Evaporative emissions system leak detected. I really don’t know where to start

This may be either an obvious or moot point, but a leak would cause both of those codes, correct? A smoke machine eliminates the need for deduction, anyway.

Grab a voltmeter and test your voltage, im thinking maybe your alternator is going bad. Test the voltage while the car is running and see if it is producing good amount of voltage. This explains why the various errors popped up. You may have a bad sudden drop in voltage.

Unless this is a common error, where low voltage specifically throws out evap codes, i`d doubt this would be related.
