GS 350 - Can't get Push Button to IG-ON to program KEY
Hello Team,
I have a GS 350 2008 RWD purchased from an auction.
It has the following issues:
1. Cannot get Push Button to Green or Amber to bring ACC or IG-On
2. No communication with ECM - Already tried another ECM with Same model and part number
3. Message on the Dash saying to depress the Pedal and place the key, but no recognizing the key.
4. Smart Key ECU cannot be initialized due to issue 1 (no Green on Push button)
5. Nothing on the cluster shows up (except for message on no. 3 and door open light)
What I had done:
1. Replaced Smart Key ECU (Certification ECU - located at the R-Rear side trunk, since the original was overheating and smell burned - Same model.
2. Check ECM for broken pin or bad wired - Everything seems to be normal.
3. Check all fuse - all fuses are good.
4. Check relays (All) - they seems to be ok.
5. Check Power Control ECU - Replaced by one with the same model number
6. Check wire for CAN-H and CAN-L continuity and all check ok.
7. Tried Disconnecting Fuel Pressure sensor - Same isue no changes.
8. Checked brakes switch at pedal - It is good.
What is working on the car:
1. Hazard, Headlights and Stop lights are working fine.
2. Door locks, truck and hood sensors for closing/opening working fine.
I understand (thru several hours of reading) that without the IG-ON, you cannot check or virginize the immobilizer or Smart Key ECU.
Therefore, any ideas what or where else can I check or do in order to bring the IG-On Back so I can program the immobilizer?
Thanks in advance!
