Never mind...should have searched for the answer first. I had this problem.

Well, it sort of worked. I only had to press the upper left then upper right parts of the screen to get the disc to eject. I put the original disc back in; it loaded the software and the navigation system mostly game back on line.

It still does not take voice commands. But now, at least I get a response when I hit the voice command button. I don't get a voice, but a little popup screen comes on the screen that says, "Please say a command." I said some commands, but none of them worked.

Still, the navigation system is mostly back online.
