getting there but having problems with hood lining up

brought her from Copart was hit by a deer, also brought a 450h for a parts car panels are in place but hood problems and also have to get exhaust repaired and all the freaking lights on the dash!!!!!

Looks like you need to replace the hood hinges, have you changed them? Looks good!

If you used a good pair of hinges thats good! From the pic it looks like the hood is sunken in the back. You can use fender washers to bring the back up and that will then lower the front. Do you plan on painting it yourself aswell?

Unless you pay extra for the base and clear urethane, maaco's basic paint job is a single stage enamel. That will not last a long time if you plan on keeping the car. Maybe if you go to a mom n pop paint job, or one of those mobile painters. Even if you used the cheapest urethane Nason brand that a lot better then enamel.

i have a hook up at Macco and they always do a great job for me only gonna get the front end painted. im gonna use this as a third car and drive whenever
