Hi All,

New owner here with my first Lexus, a mint 2006 GS450h with less than 50k on it full dealer SH and I'm totally in love with it :-) I do have a few issues with the audio though, it appears to be missing an AUX input something both my (older) Volvo and E Class Merc had, I notice this was something Lexus fixed in 08 I was wondering if anyone could confirm if it's possible to just swap out the old 2006 head unit for a later version with an AUX in? Of course I'd have to run the input but is everything else plug and play? I see a few reasonably priced 08-10 complete units on ebay but I don't want to waste time and money if it's not possible.

Many use adapters such as this. There are many different radios and I believe they are not interchangeable with each other.

 

Thanks for the quick answer, that looks great and exactly what I'm looking for, I had a look previously for something like this and only came up with the ridiculously priced Grom audio units! I'll have to see how much it costs to get one of these shipped to the UK.
