Rear lower door leds

my manual shows there are two leds in the rear passenger doors.

But all I see are these two plastic plugs.
was this only a option on the 460?

There are two led. One in each of the interior door handle and the red lens below the door pocket.

The plastic plug above the door pocket is just a cover for the screw that secures the panel to the shell.

I understand that. But the front two doors have a led in about the same position of the rear doors that have that plastic plug

On the rear doors, there's no wiring behind that area for an LED to plug in.

Light 10 point at the back of the front seat is the rear footwell light, it under the driver and passenger seats. It's not on the door panel. Light 9 is on the door panel below the door pocket. Light 6 is on the door handle.

I was just getting that picture ready to load.
From that pic it shows,of course two leds. Not the combination light (red/clear) and the door handle light. (9)
