Default Changing footwell bulbs?

i changed my puddle light bulbs today but for some reason I am losing it figuring out how to change the footwell bulbs. Can’t figure out how to get them out. Would be very thankful for concise instructions on how to remove them and the ones under the seats for the backseat illumination too.

While i am asking, how about the dome lights too?

Thanks

I believe those are soldered in place, they're not removable and require some modification with maybe hot glue/silicon (I'd hot glue so for easier removal later) combined with some soldering for connections.

Rather than removing them, you can run an LED strip (3-piece light) and use some wire taps to run it in parallel with your OEM bulb.

Photos for reference:

I was thinking this yesterday but with the Philips Hue LED strips and the Anker Roav VIVA to control it.

That’s my plan but I am not the handy guy with wiring. Looking around to get it done. Changed all the ones I could. Fogs, parking, trunk and puddle. If I’m not mistaking, trunk light bulbs can’t be replaced?

Am I going in through the trunk or the screws to the bulb over the plate?

Are you talking about the license plate lights? Those are not user replaceable.

The reverse lights are user replaceable. 921.

yes, the license plate lights. Thanks. I wonder why they made them irreplaceable.

Reverse lights are next I guess. I’ve replaced all that I could.

They are already LED. Unless you know how to solder on a new smd led, there's no way of changing them.

Reverse is a 921 bulb, not solder.
