Default 2006 GS430 P0051 Oxygen Sensor Location! Please Help!

Hey everybody, my check engine light came on and the code that my OBD II is giving me is P0051. I would like to know the correct location of this Oxygen Sensor on the car and if its hard to get to. I think its Bank 2 sensor 1 (correct me if I'm wrong). From my understanding our 3UZFE engines have 4 oxygen sensors correct?

Is this the correct Part# 2344138?? (I just wanna make sure I get the correct one.)

I think I found something, this is from a 2nd Gen GS430 (3UZFE) pretty much the same exact engine:

Bank 1 Sensor 2 - Driver's side (rear) near catalytic converter. Lexus # 89465-50140 / Denso OEM # 234-4167 / Denso Universal # 234-4209 / Bosch OEM # 15272 / Bosch Universal # 15733

Bank 2 Sensor 1 - Passenger side (right front) on exhaust header. Lexus # 89465-50130 / Denso OEM # 234-4630 / Denso Universal # 234-4209 / Bosch OEM # 13632 / Bosch Universal # 15733

Bank 2 Sensor 2 - Passenger side (rear) near catalytic converter. Lexus # 89465-50140 / Denso OEM # 234-4167 / Denso Universal # 234-4209 / Bosch OEM # 15272 / Bosch Universal # 15733

You did lol. It makes the job much easier if you have a tool like this (one on the left).

You definitely did. I bookmarked this for future reference (knock on wood), if my o2 ever fails on me.

Just wanted to keep you all updated. I installed Bank 2 Sensor 1 Denso OEM # 234-4630 and it fixed my problem. No check engine light!
I used the smaller size o2 sensor socket to unintsall the old sensor and install the new oxygen sensor. To test oxygen sensors with an ohm meter to see if they are good or bad watch this video here @1:07:
