07 GS350-Won't Start after removing cables. Fuse?
I was receiving a number of codes while driving last night CEL, VSC (speedometer was acting crazy). So I recall before to reset I just disconnected battery. Well last night I disconnected only positive (sounds like I should have just disconnected negative) battery connection and reconnect. I try to start car and the push button start does not even illuminate green. Also, the key fob does not unlock/lock doors ect.. However, interior/exterior lights come on.
I haven't checked fuses yet, now at work. Looks like there are a lot obviously, which ones should I check tonight? Any other ideas on the culprit? I tried connecting battery cables a few times, tighten them ect.., battery reads 12v as well.
Thanks in advance!

This is interesting, because the previous owners of my vehicle ('08 GS350) experienced the same issue. The remedy, according to the service record, was to replace the battery as it had a bad cell. Although the battery is reading 12V, have you experienced any electrical-related issues in the past? If not, do you know how old the battery is? Even if it is reading 12V, it should be replaced if it's any older than five years old.
To check the fuses, I'd look at the following diagrams: http://www.autogenius.info/lexus-gs3...e-box-diagram/ There are many things that you can check, however, FUSE 9 near the instrument panel may be one to look at. I would also double-check the owner's manual to make sure the location of this fuse matches up.
Best of luck!

Take your battery to the local autoparts store to make sure (as mentioned by PC94) could just be a bad battery.
They have a tester that can test amperage and capacity on the battery.
Also, when you did the battery reset, did it clear the codes? Or does nothing turn on at all?
Also, does your key fob unlock and lock the doors? It might just be your key fob battery also that might have gone bad (check it, it should show 3v+, if i remember correctly).
