Changing blown head gasket after using sealant
Got diagnosed with a blown head gasket....number 6 cylinder was misfiring I did notice a slight Coolant loss but nothing to make me think that it was the gasket.....anyways put in some sealant to plug up whatever small leaks I had.....no milky substance on the oil cap so I'm assuming no oil and coolant are mixing....but I was wondering if after using the sealant repairing the gasket is worth it or not ? When I out the sealant in I didn't realize that it could also be detrimental to the engine......thoughts?? Should I go ahead and replace the gasket? Or just drive it till it dies???thanks

You should flush the oil and coolant to get as much contamination out of there as possible.
Then keep an eye on the engine oil, temp, and coolant levels. If the sealant did its job, I'd bet its only temporary.

Those sealant for head gaskets are not good, your best bet is to take it to an independent shop have them remove the head, check for warpness on the head. Buy new head gasket and head bolts.
Who did the headgasket test and what procedure did they do? Compression test? Leak down test?
