I hate to ask this but I have looked and looked for a site to buy a new arm rest.

Are you talking the center console for right arm? I bought the precut skin off ebay and recovered mine. looked great

Mylparts has new ones otherwise eBay I've also seen new ones as well as tons of used ones.
