Cd changer won't work
 

Just bought this car a few weeks ago and never used or tried the cd changer but decided to load a cd today and to my surprise, NOTHING! The cd changer starts flashing Green by the corners of the slot and then stops.....nothing appears on the screen, no error messages, no nothing. I push eject to be sure no discs are in there and nothing. its goes from green to red and off. I hear the mechanisms working but the door will not open . Am I doing something wrong? Located in my glovebox all the way to the back is a grom device. I looked this up online to find out its something dealing with the Bluetooth audio..will this cause the cd changer not to operate? HELP! I bought the car as is so I know complaining to the dealer won't help.
