Installing Nav Unit to non-nav GS 350

So my buddy randomly asked if I ever thought about getting a nav unit from a GS in a scrap yard and installing it into my 07 GS 350 (no nav, no reverse cam). I never actually thought about this.

Is it possible to do this? Is it just a matter of replacing the head unit or is there more work involved than a simple swap?
