Ok guys so I picked up a 07' GS350 AWD today with 157,000. I got for what pretty decent deal, just has some issues that I need to take care of. The car seems to drive ok, with the exception of a slight shutter and between 0-30MPH at very light throttle.

So it finally threw a CEL and tuned off the VSC and what not. So when I punched in with a scanner it had 17 codes which read as such:

P0420 - 01/18
P0000 - 02/18
P0000 - 03/18
N/A - 04/18
(kept repeating P0000) 5-10
P0101 - 11/18
P0100 - 13/18
P0200 - 14/18
P0001 - 15/18
P0100 - 16/18
P0420 - 17/18
P0420 P - 18/18

So a little puzzled I pluged the scanner back in and it just have me this:

P0420
P0420 P

Has anyone ever seen codes like this??

I drove the car back home after clearing the codes with no CEL or any other issues, except just a very slight shutter every now and then.

I know the P0420 are probably 02 sensors, and some are MAF related. But what about all these other random codes?

P0420 is your bank 1 (passenger) catalytic converter being bad, if its o2s it would of set another code but its following the front sensor showing the cat is not doing its job in burning off the rest
How is the battery condition

Battery is fine. I actually am getting two codes P0420 / P0420 P Are those diferent?

Check your charging system sounds like your alternator maybe on its way out. Or maybe bad connection to the battery! I wouldnt throw parts at it, if anything take it to the dealer for an hour of diagnostics after you checked the charging system.

Have you tried searching your vin number on mylexus.com to see if the previous owner may have taken it to the dealer for the same problem?

p0420/p are the same P=Pending so its seen the fault once if it see's it again it will set a hard fault/ chk eng light
The other code (p0200) could be your injector control module at the front passenger side of the engine check connectors for moisture/corrosion

Thanks guys so much for the help..

So, I completely over looked this until tonight. The negative battery terminal is corroded pretty bad. I'm going to give it a good cleaning in the morning.

Think this could contributing to some of my problems?

So little bit on an update.. I did a good cleaning on the terminal and the connector at the battery. It was pretty bad lol.

a CEL just triggered after 40 miles, interested to see what codes are there.
