possible engine leak?
I decided to check my engine's oil and do an oil change. I decided to also check out how my zipties were holding up too lol. then i noticed this...
https://cimg3.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...f5ab6a8e62.jpg this is right next to the oil pan https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.clu...b57b9267a3.jpg heres a farther shot... Not sure where the leak is coming from... Any idea guys? |
You can grab a I believe a 10mm and check to see if all the oil pan bolts are snug. Then spray everything down with carb cleaner or degreaser. Then I would check it in a week or so

look around the timing cover area which is on the passenger side of the engine. I usually look up through the oil filter access panel once I remove it. You can see it pretty good from under the car with a flashlight. also check valve cover gaskets. If you had the cam recall, they should have replaced valve cover gaskets with that.
