I paid a independent mechanic to do it, charged me less than Toyota did for the rear diff (which is a ton easier)

I saw the location of the drain bolt, lifting the car basically makes it a 10 minute job, without a lift I would not even bother considering the relatively low cost (less than an oil change)

Was doing front brakes this weekend, had the wheel off and saw the fill bolt Lexus said you cant get to! LOL
Once you see where it is then its easy to use a box end 14mm wrench from below and break it loose. Also easy to fish a hose into the fill bolt hole, but having the wheel off made it a lot easier. The drain plug has a nice big magnet. Mine was quite dirty considering only 61k miles on her. I put 750ml of new fluid in, didn't want to overfill it by using the "fill until it overflows method".
See pics below:

Yes. It's part of the transmission and uses the automatic transmission fluid. Just drain and fill your transmission.

Lol I realized I just asked a dumb question. There must be another drain hold below? Just want to confirm its location.

Both the fill and drain bolts are visible in the first picture. The nasty rusted ones LOL
Zoom in you will see red circles around them.
