^^^ LOL
The dealer by me seemingly advised against any transmission servicing. I can try another Lexus dealer located either in Long Island or New Jersey since those are the next available dealers near me. I'd have to call in advance to confirm they will even perform anything.
Just frustrating that not all Lexus dealers are equipped/experienced with this sort of thing and proper staff to understand the process.

I own a LS460 and the tranny service is quite a hot button topic because the fluid is a "lifetime" fluid and never should b changed...unless you live in Canada or anywhere else in the world..then Lexus suggests changing it every 60k miles.
I did a complete pan and filter removal at 75k miles, got most of fluid replenished. Then I did a simple drain and fill 40k miles later - that fluid looked a lot better than the original fluid I took out - nice and clean looking compared to the almost black fluid I pulled out of it at 75,000 miles. I figure I'll try to keep up with the drain and fills every 50,000 miles or so.

I saw a video on draining vs flushing. The guy basically said that if you have it flushed and there is stuff in your fluid, that stuff could clog passages, when flushed. If you change at a regular interval and your transmission is fine, then you shouldn't have a problem.

I work adjacent to a lube shop. Our stance is you change the fluid at regular intervals. We do not believe in ANY lifetime fluids. If it moves, it wears.
If you had the vehicle ~50-60k, I would start doing flushes. If you did NOT, and have it over 100k, and you do not know how it was serviced before, I would NEVER do a flush. Just do D&Fs instead.
It probably also matters how hard you drive the car.
Mine was a grandma, grocery getter, so I will be doing a flush, soon.
