Long story short....

Stuck in Las Vegas right now. Burst my tire, Lexus GS hybrid doesn't have spare. Not on run flat either.

So can a ES spare fit the GS? I think the IS is interchangeable with the GS

GS and ISand ES seems to all have a bolt pattern of 5x114.5

Unless any bro with GS in vegas could lend me your spare..

As long as the tire is the same size you should not have a problem.
