Ok I've been looking everywhere and can't find an answer to my question. i just purchased an 06 GS300 with nav NON ML and after searching around i found that the CD changer doesn't play MP3 files but the 07+ does.
So i was wondering if i got an 07+ NON ML changer and swapped it out would everything be plug and play and work properly allowing me to play MP3 cd's??

You are better off just adding an aftermarket adapter to accomplish this.
