Transmission Problems 2006 GS 300
Hey guys I have 2006 GS 300 and I can't get power when I try to take off. It is very sluggish but then it will take off after it jerks for awhile. I took it to the Lexus dealership and they did a diagnostic and said it was the transmission and it would be $4100.. The code was 2715.
I took it to a transmission shop and they said the solenoids and sensors were fine. They said the torque converter is suppose to stop spinning at 40-50 miles but this one keeps spinning.
Can anyone help me with this? I found a used 2005 transmission for $770.00. Will this even fit my car? Or should I just have my transmission rebuilt?
