Not yet an owner, but I'm looking at a 2008 GS350. It looks great except it has gold trim. If I bought it, how hard is it to swap out for chrome trim? Can I buy it? Would I have to modify the existing trim? Any advice on how hard it is to do?

Are you talking about the emblems? Like the "L" symbol and on the rear LEXUS (L) GS350? If so that's pretty easy to take off with some Goo Gone and fishing line. A new chrome set would set you back somewhere $150-250.

 

You could find some on ebay for a fair price. Heat gun or blow dryer to remove, then Goo Gone as Mesca mentioned.
