Default Check vsc and check engin! Any help :)

Hi!
I hope my english is fine enough so you can get my issue.
I am from Oman just near by Dubai.

I've got a used '07 gs350..
Unfortunately I bought it without doing any computer scanning to find out the faulty parts..

After I bought it I found the check vsc and check engin lights are on !
The car is skidding while I start accelerating, Nothing controls it!
I did the scanning and they told me there is an open circuit in the O2 sensor. That was right they welded the wires and the lights went off for about two days then they came back again!

I took it to them and they did the scan again. The codes are p0430 and p0420. I think they are related to catalytic converter.. They said it has leak in the EVAP system.

Does this has any deal with the Gad Cap ?!
Is it really the issue is caused by the catalytic converter !!! They are so expensive!

I am about to sell it

you need a new one. the rubber gasket has eroded. you can click it all day, but once that rubber fails it is history

One should do it... if it doesn't then it's bad. I replaced mine with the newer version even though I wasn't having problems a long time ago... figured it's one less chance for a call from my wife saying the check engine light is on asking what to do.

LOL. Of the 5 times my wife has driven my GS alone, she had to call me about the check engine light twice. The last time I had to tell her
"No biggie, it just needs new piston rings."
\
me

"That sounds expensive."
\
her

"$6,300."
\
me

"I hate your stupid Lexus. You should have just gotten a Camry."
\
her
