2006 3GS 430 ML no sound need help
Ok guys I got a big one on my hands. My sound in my GS went out today. I can see everything functioning on the head unit but the DSP button has disappeared and my eq only shows bass and treble no mids. Also the grid where you control fade and balance does not show the yellow line. Some one please tell me you know what's wrong or can give me some options. I've been thinking about a full audio swap speakers amp sub so tell me what I'm looking at here.

Customized bezel, the unit adapter I was talking about a while ago... Call/email scosche to verify it is for it's purpose.... No one on the forums has done it yet.
IMO? If you want to troubleshoot, I'd start at the amplifier first, either swap with someone with a good ML amp, or take it to a repair shop to see if the ML amp is working.... From there move towards the head unit and see what's going on there.

Bkwindom84 Did you find out what the issue was on your audio?? I have the same exact issue you had... NO Audio all of a sudden.. Balance/Fade options don't show the yellow line and DSP is gone... No audio through navigation as well.. Quite working last night, worked for 10 min this morning, then stopped again..

Yikes... Is $700 the real cost? Is that parts plus dealer install? I have heard some others say they bought replacements off Ebay for cheaper.. everyone is saying "amplifier" is the cause of this...

The ML amp went out on my 2006 GS too. Does anyone know if the ML amp from a 2007 GS is compatible with my 2006? My local salvage yard just got in a 2007 and it has the ML amp. The model number for the 2006 is 86280-0w330, and the model number for the 2007 is 86280-0w470. I appreciate your help!
