Does anyone know how to remove the center armrest? My is in shreds and I found an upholstery company who has some left over leather that will cover it, but will charge me $75 to remove it and then $135 to put the new leather on.

I went to the toyota dealer near my house and asked - they said pull back the vent assy, and remove two screws should be good...NG. Seems like may have to remove the almost the whole lid assy including the tray.

Please help!

It's some real weird clip action - I was able to do it at some point, but remember cussing up a storm.
