Thanks and that is why I went with coils rather than springs. I want to be able to dial it in and help avoid any wobble or vibration that I can. Will see how it goes.

Not yet, the plan was to do both he brakes and coils at the same time. I think I am going to go ahead with the coils first and then the brakes once the rotors, dust sheilds etc come in. I am also on the hunt for a alignment shop to make any needed adjustments to keep all specs as close to factory as possible. I think taking the time to shave, pull and tuck the wheels will be worth it. The Axis wheels will be my winter wheels and will start looking for a three peice wheel for summer driving. I will post pictures of the project when as I go.

That it is... I can live in the land of make believe if I choose! Hell, there is a shudder already that comes and goes. If I REALLY didnt want to have vibration issues I would get a different car, I accept the flaw and continue on.

So... decided to install the BC coilovers this weekend and what do you know got them on just in time for the wife's fan/alternator/power steering belt to explode on the autobahn while driving home. So had to take a moment to fix that and then had to go in today for work so me, four children and a new puppy... well, will adjust the suspension more once she returns and I have a few more minutes.

Yes I know its dirty... it is illegal to wash the car at the house due to chemicals getting into the water.

Also, parts ordered from sewellparts are now in the mail to my apo! Just need some rotors...

Nice meeting up with you... crazy... two Americans meeting up in the middle of Germany. How do the coils ride? Vibrations? Wobbling?

They are an awsome ride, put them on and have put around 600 miles so far. Two trips to Wiesbaden and one to Frankfurt. Will have to pull the rear fenders to get the car as low as I would like and not rub. Again, just waiting on rotors and hardware to come in and will be set!

Rotors from adamsrotors.com- ARRIVED

Pads from adamsrotors,com- in the mail... damn Stoptech and your backorder

service parts from Sewell- ARRIVED

RCA from fellow CL member- in the mail

Will add some pictures in a little bit. Will say that I am impressed with the rotors and the work that they have done with them. I am really looking forward to getting these on the car. Just realized though that I DID NOT order the pins for the front calipers and will either have to hope that a local dealership will have them or will have to order and have shipped from the states.

hey Lex, just out of curiosity. are you allowed to have environmentally friendly soaps to wash your car? I didn't know your local neighborhood/area was so strict.

They have designated areas that you can wash your vehicle at with filtration systems to dispose of everything. They are really strict about pollution here and will fine the hell out of you if you break the rules.

Secondly, yikes!! I'm glad I live in an area where I can wash a car freely! some of us take these little perks for granted lol.
