Just bought a used gs350 today. Long time member here, i came from an is250 6speed and made the jump into a 3gs. Im planning to get springs or coilovers what do you guys usually run on the 3gs? i have Jic magic coilover for the IS-F i was wondering if that setup will work with this car. Also Can i run a 19x9 +32 19x10.5 34 on these without a roll on the fenders, or whats a good setup semi flush.

New car.

Congrats on the new ride! Your IS looked amazing, so I'm sure your 3GS will look just as good! I know Mike is running 20x9 and 20x10.5's on his GS, lowered on springs, and I don't think his fenders are rolled, (I could be wrong though...) so 19's should be okay! I guess it comes down to the tire size and offset, though.

Nice... Sticking with the Lexus family.

Question on the above garage...

Is that tile (if so, what kind) or is it stamped?

My garage concrete is cured now and am going to install a vapor barrier and/or tiles.

Thanks!!!

First off, how many miles are on the car? Asking this bc you can use your stock struts with springs but struts only last 60-70K. If you're close to that mark, I'd just get coils.

I think 2nd gen IS suspension is compatable but not is-f.

Thanks guy! I'm just get coilovers I had Megan lp on the IS and I loved it. What wheel spec are you guys running. I'm put my work vsxx on it would I need to roll the fender? 19x9+34 19x10.5 +32 can I run that without rubbing? I can't seem to find a wheel sizing thread on the 3GS. I came from the IS section and they had a lot of info on wheel fitment.

Nice car. Good choice on getting coilovers over drop springs. You'll find that most people that do go with springs first, end up getting coilovers later down the road.

Depending on how low you drop the car, and the size of the tires you choose, you might need to still roll the front and shave the rear.

Keep us updated!
