Trunk will not open

2007 Lexus GS 350. The trunk will not open with the fob, the dashboard button or the button above the rear licence plate. Any suggestions

check glovebox valet switch is not turned on.

Thanks, The glove box valet switch had beed accidentaly turned on. Thanks for your help.
