Does anybody else have or use Lexus Link? I currently have a plan with them and have used it a few times when looking for a restaurant's phone number, one time when using it late at night they actually answered "Thank you for calling onstar" lol... I guess my question is, does anybody else have any other experience with it, or do you know of any other features it offers? They are supposed to be able to unlock and lock the doors, but I called the main line once and no one answered :/ maybe its just a dying service?

I don't have it on my GS, but do have it on GX460. Overall very good experience. They answer as Lexus, so suprised to hear that your answered as onstar. I have not used it for unlocking car, but did for scheduling an oppointment with dealer and as well which is great when you call for a location/directions, they upload it to the Nav.

 

They normally answer as lexus, but one time when I was using it at like 1am the person said onstar, probably on accident lol.

Most people have smart phones now so this service would probably ohase out over time. The unlocking feature is nice with keyless entry most likely your keys would always be on you thus further eliminating the need for it.
