Hey I own a 06 gs430 with ml, recently when I play a cd there's no sound, but the radio stations works fine. Does any one else ran into a similar problem?

 

Has, not Does.
At a guess, it's probably the laser mechanism that's kaput.
It'd should be a relatively cheap enough part, but getting it fitted could be a whole other story.
You'd need to remove the unit and get access to the drive section, to see the part number/branding, and then find out who does it and for how much.
Go to the dealer, and they'll be positively wetting themselves at getting a chance to charge you a couple of grand or more to replace that whole central unit.
