How do you set up the Bluetooth in my 2007 GS350?

I have a 2007 GS450H but I'm sure it is the same. It should be as simple as turning the car on and going to IPhone settings / bluetooth / switch to on. The phone should scan and find the cars bluetooth signal. My by default is called " HANDS FREE".
