I looked it up in the parts system.

The carrier itself has a part number that also shows up in:

So it looks like the carrier could be exchanged with one from a 2nd gen GS.

gear ratios
GS450H FINAL GEAR RATIO=49:15=3.266 (hybrid)
GS350 FINAL GEAR RATIO=49:13=3.769
GS430 FINAL GEAR RATIO=47:13=3.615
GS460 FINAL GEAR RATIO=47:16=2.937

Please note that the GS460 seems to also have a different carrier, where all the other models have the same carrier (GS350/430/450H)

I did not spot any optional LSD in the parts system. But that could be depending specific model year or which market/countries.

But I'm sure one of a different model will fit, based on the above.
