Default Help with part (pics included)

Hello all,

I am new here to Club Lexus.
I am hoping anyone would help me with this broken part and what it does, since I don't know what it is exactly.
My car is a '07 Lexus GS 350 AWD, with 49k miles on it.

- The first picture is the part intact (is it a extension?)
This is located near the rear right tire.

- The second picture is located near the left rear tire.

- Third and forth pictures shows the broken part (missing from the left rear).

Can anyone tell me what this part is supposed to be?

Also, is it necessary to find a replacement part right away?

I recently drove this car from Indianapolis to Chicago to visit my mother and sister very recently and as far as I know, driving performance was normal, no rattles, no shakes. Drove completely normal.

Basically a mini mud flap. Nothing to worry about. Worst case, you see a tad more dirt on your lower fender.

if you ever decide to replace it and need the plastic clips that hold it in place, PM me. I had to replace one a while back and it was just as cheap to order a dozen from a 3rd party supplier as it was to get a couple from Lexus. Can't imagine I'll ever have a need for the other 11.

Not sure about the rear, but I found the front. It's a good place to start:

Good luck, although this part is non-critical.

I have one of the clips missing on mine, but I imagine postage even to get a stupid little clip up here will cost as much as buying one from the dealer.
