Default Slight shimmy rear rotors?

So the slight roar/ vibrations are still there at 80 but away at 90.
But that same roar is much worse when I apply brakes .
Is it safe ti assume the rear rotors are warped?

Shave them or get new? How much for new I ones?
Front wheel doesn't shake.

Thanks.

If it can be re surfaced just do it that way the rear is not as important as the front in terms of performance if you were talking about the front I would have said replace them not re surface.

Thanks. That explains that tiny roar/vibe I was getting at 80. S now its more pronounce when I brake. Same frequency, and its only noticable when braking from 80-70, below that its hardly there.

Rear rotors have a slight ridge in them I can feel with my finger. Hope they can resurface them. New ones are 350 a pair.

Never had to do this with rear rotors, on any of my cars .

Sewellparts.com $230 for rear rotors. The only way to notice if the rear rotors are warped is when you are braking the pedal shakes but steering doesn't. For front it's pedal vibration and steering wheel shacking.

Front is not shaking at all. The vibes are coming from the back. I had cars with 4 wheel disc brakes since I was 17, never had an issue with the back rotors.

Centric rotors are 100 or so delivered. I have a week off next week, Monday I will go to my shop and see if they can cut them.
Im not paying 300 for 2 Toyota Rotors, especially back ones. I am in a middle of restoring/updating my other car that I love a lot more. I just cannt have any vibrations at 80mph when braking with this car.

Thanks guys.

I am using centric rotors, they are eh ok oem was a lot better. Also centrics are not painted all the way so expect rust within the first week of installing them. I will try to get a picture for you.

What do you mean they are OK? Do you think they will not do for rear rotors?
As far as rust, that sucks. Centric have rotors that are painted black as well for more money.
Im gonna try to cut them tomorrow. Id hate to shell out 300 for new rear rotors. Wife is already saying I am insane and there is nothing wrong with the car, but I cant stand any vibrations, let alone vibes when braking.

They fit fine, all i am saying its not same quality as oem obviously. I am using them right now and they are working for me. Here are the pictures of the rust I was talking about. Keep in mind this is my second set and they both came painted in black, one set was from tirerack the other one was from autoanything. I suggest tirerack if you are gonna go that route. Any questions let me know.

Notice that 1 inch line of rust? Well they all come like that, with oem its painted perfectly not to interfere with the pad or allow rust.
