how do I tell if these are authentic?
hey guys,
so I found these for almost 1/2 the price as they normally sell for so naturally I'm a bit suspicious, however if they are legit then obv it's a great deal.
any idea how I can tell? the seller has great feedback but then again most ppl are retarded so doesn't mean much.
any input greatly appreciated,

As with all internet purchases, I recommend always buying the seller first and then the product. I look for perfect feedback on the Bay and, in this case, the seller's feedback is not perfect with three purchasers not being happy. Check the feedback specifically related to this item and see what the previous purchasers said. Then you can make your decision to roll the dice or not.

If it's too good to be true, then most likely it is.

The only difference is packaging, marketing and a brand name. Bulbs are bulbs.

This place has legit halogen light source upgrades:
I've used these guys for 6 or 7 years now. They know their stuff.
Rallylights.com - 9005/HB3 bulbs

well, even though 2008GSh makes a point, The 25/100$ retardedly priced bulbs have a tiny bit of better output than the cheap $6 ones, STILL NOT ENOUGH to justify the price mark-up though .
I still have some fruit rainbow colored bulbs in my garage. Seller on Ebay claimed they were 6000k blue but they turned out to be like.... rainbow green/red/yellow bulbs. Got my money back and they're sitting in the garage. That's why I went for the HID hi-beams, nothing replaces the insane output they make

thanks for the responses guys. I had no idea that there was so little diff between the diff brands, that is super useful info n is gonna save me a bunch of headache
guess I will just ditch the blue tinted bulbs n go back to the clear as the blue tinted are just too ****ty as high beams to tolerate.
cheers.

You know what I love about this car, and this site...
Spend some time on a Cadillac or GM forum... it is one post about:
- My transmission failed
- My power steering failed
- My fuel pump failed
- My BCM/ECM failed
- My car won't start
- My collant leaks
- My A/C is ****ed
Here, with all things Lexus, the biggest complaint seems to be...
How do I get my DRL /High beam to match the Low beam HIDs....
That's why I love this car, my last Cadillac, will be the last North American made car that I will ever buy.
