Default Is this a good deal?

UPDATE: Just an update. had a meet with the owner of the black one. Not willing to back down on price, fine with me. asked if can write a lower amount on sale, requested to "take care" of him for like 500-600 with 20K on bill of sale, not sure he is will to truly sell his car or just to cash in the tax money. Are all owners do this, or is he a middle man for the real owner of the car? First time buying, what kind of signs to avoid in a typical sale? like how to tell he is the real owner or middle man other than have him show me the title and his driver license? What I do in a situation like this?

Planning to meet the owner of the white one. he is the second owner the car, he works for dealer, selling his car through dealer? Im not sure, hes not quite clear about that. but promised if I buy, i just pay the agreed price with no dealer or document fee.

I am looking at a black on black 2009 GS350 AWD 23K Miles for $29995. It has NAVIGATION , BACK UP CAMERA.

There is also a white one with 28K miles for $25000 with similar options selling by a dealer. it has a small scuff on rear bumper (see photos). dealer said it had a minor collision in the driver's door area, which was professionally repaired, no damage to drivetrain, or electronics. I don't have a carfax on it, but I suspect it has some accident reports on it.

Is the black price reasonable?
Which one is better if assume the seller of the black one don't back down on the price.
I am a first timer shopping a used vehicle.

Thanks!

buying with private has its advantages.

im positive he would go lower on the price, and im always a sucker for black on black versus the easily dirty cream beige in the white car

Is the extra year warranty worth the extra almost 4 thousand?

If price is not an issue, I would go with the black. I always tell myself to stay away from car that has been in accidents even if it's repaired professionally. A car is never the same once it has been repaired IMO. Also I noticed that they don't have ML sound system, just want to let you know that they sound a lot better than stock systems!

If you are planning on lowering it and adding wheels, don't get the AWD version.
